Usage guide and House Rules

・Please be sure to let us know your check-in time by the day of your stay via a message on the reservation site or other means. 

*If you do not contact us, we will not be able to accommodate your arrival and may cancel your reservation on the day. 

・Check-in will be in person, where you will be handed over keys and have the house rules explained. 

・All guests must check in together. (Separate check-ins are not accepted.)

・Please inform us of your check-out time at check-in. 

・On the day of check-out, a staff member will attend to your check-out..

If you made a reservation through a reservation site, please follow the reservation site's policy to receive refunds and other information.
*Please contact the reservation site for inquiries regarding changes, cancellations, refunds, and receipts.

There is a fixed price for 1-6 people.

For groups of 7 or more, the charge for additional guests starts at ¥10,000/person.

Please allow yourself plenty of time and drive safely.

Preschool children are not permitted to stay. 

Please book as an adult for elementary school students and above. *There are no child rates.

Reservations must be made by an adult, 20 years of age or older. Minors under the age of 20 are welcome with supervision. Groups consisting of only minors under the age of 20 are not permitted.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the building. This includes e-cigarettes.

There are ashtrays in designated areas outside the building, so please use those.

・Please refrain from using the facility for purposes other than those intended. Please treat the space with respect.

・As there are nearby facilities, please remain quiet inside the building after 9 PM.

・Outdoor use at night is permitted until 9 PM.

・Parties, noisy banquets, and use by more than the reserved number of guests are prohibited.

・Please inquire in advance if you plan to invite guests other than those staying at the facility. A separate facility usage fee will apply.

・Fire is prohibited on the wooden deck.

・You may be required to pay compensation for any damage or additional cleaning fees.

Pets are not permitted.

Handheld fireworks only within designated areas.

Please be sure to let us know if you will be using fireworks.

To prevent fires, please refrain from pointing them at grass, plants, or flammable materials.

The use of open flames comes with the responsibility to prevent fires.

Please separate your trash.

For long-term stays of 5 nights or more, you will be guided to a designated trash disposal area upon check-in, so please dispose of your trash there.
You do not need to take your trash with you, but we recommend purchasing an amount that is considerate of the environment and food waste.

You will be required to compensate for any damage or soiling of facilities or equipment.

Please be sure to let us know when you check out.

If you fail to do so, we may refuse to allow you to stay with us in the future.
