Cancellation Policy

Vacation rental NENBA (hereinafter referred to as "this facility") has established the following cancellation policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "this service").

Free up to 21 days before your stay

From 20 days to 8 days before the date of stay: 30% of the accommodation fee

From 7 days to 4 days before the date of stay: 50% of the accommodation fee

From 3 days before the day of stay to the day before, 80% of the accommodation fee

100% of the accommodation fee on the day of your stay

No-show cancellation: 100% of accommodation fee

This is a special note to protect your property's main purpose of long-term stays.

1. For early check-out:

   • Even if you shorten your stay after check-in (early check-out), we will not accept any other reservations based on the original reservation period, so you will be charged 50% of the accommodation fee for the remaining nights.

2. Decrease in bookings:

   • Any reduction in the number of guests in a reservation will be accepted free of charge if you notify us at least 7 days before the check-in date. Any reduction after this will be subject to cancellation fees.

If any of the following unavoidable circumstances occur, we will not charge a cancellation fee.

1. Public transport suspensions and closures due to weather conditions:

   • On the day of your planned arrival, major public transportation to Kiyosato Plateau (such as the JR Koumi Line or parts of the Chuo Expressway) is suspended or closed due to a natural disaster, making travel difficult.

2. Unavailable due to facility responsibility:

   • If the reserved room becomes unavailable due to reasons attributable to the facility, such as fire or equipment failure.
